What's the best AR brand?

I've been to the range a few times recently and noticed a lot of different ARs. Some worked flawlessly, while others… not so much. Based on your shooting experiences, which brands have impressed you the most, and what do you think makes them unique?

I've had the chance to use rifles from BCM and Daniel Defense, and they've been wonderfully uneventful in the best sense just load the mags, shoot, and do it all again, without any weird glitches. You can really tell they pay attention to the details, like tuning the gas system and the quality of the components.
