So now that Sunday Hunting on private land has been passed (effective 10/1/2025) for both archery and firearms, will you be taking advantage of the extra day? It will definitely give me more time especially if the weather is bad on the other days. In the past, it always seemed to rain, or blow a hurricane on a Saturday, but Sunday would be fair weather.

Sunday hunting on private land only is an unfair bill that only benefits those that have access to private land. Since the majority of us are still being forced to pay for a privilege that only exists for a few, I say it sucks, should have never been passed.
All men are created equal if they can afford private land, the rest can pay for half the privilege because we have to hunt on public land, you know the land our taxes and license fees go to pay for that we can’t use on Sundays.

Nice man! are you planning to stick to your usual spots on Sunday, or are you scouting new areas with the extra day?

I remember last season getting rained out on a Saturday, then Sunday was perfect and I couldn't hunt. Having that extra day now would've saved the whole weekend for me

I'm totally going to make the most of that extra day. Having Sunday for hunting on private land really opens things up, especially for those of us trying to balance work, family, and those weather surprises. You know how it goes. Saturdays always seem to bring the worst of it. But now with that backup day, I'm actually feeling optimistic :)
