I could use a little help with a potato salad dilemma. My dad's turning 70, and I've been asked to bring a side dish. It's burgers on the menu, so I want something that goes well with them, and potato salad seems to be the choice this year. I'd love to hear any favorite recipes or unique twists that make potato salad really pop. Also, how do you keep mayo-based salads cold outdoors? I'm a bit worried about food safety. Any suggestions would be great, as I'm starting to think about just grabbing some at the store.
